With manual action pump
Press with manual pump to create silicone rubber moulds up to 400 mm in diameter. The vulcanizer holds the moulding box between the two heated plates. The silicone rubber, which will form the mould once vulcanised, is housed inside the moulding box. The electronic timer manages vulcanisation times.

Tools and controls
- The aluminium plates heat up and press the moulding box evenly, to obtain perfect moulds.
- The digital pyrometer ensures precise control of temperature, avoiding wasted energy.
- The manually-activated oil-hydraulic pump (fig 1) allows you to accurately and progressively control the pressure on the moulding box.
- The electronic timer manages vulcanisation time.
